The New Gate City Community Center
Gate City Community Center is an awesome facility available to the community for group meetings and activities, youth functions, dances, private parties, weddings, family reunions and much more.
The center offers tutoring services, available to all students on a donation basis. Our tutors are competent, qualified ISU students, that have been screened and background checked. Many of our tutors are currently seeking teaching degrees at ISU.
We are always looking for more programs and activities for the youth. If you have a great idea or program you'd like to implement, we'd love to have you share it with us.
One of most urgent needs at the center is volunteers, we need volunteers in all aspects of the center so if you would like to share your experience and time please contact us. You can volunteer as little as a few hours a month. All help is greatly appreciated.
